Hotel De l'Opera

Completely seedy hotel: bed bugs in my room, clogged sink, unsanitary accommodation. I was offered to change rooms for another, just as seedy and disgusting. I am currently contacting them to obtain a full refund for my overnight stay, but I have no response from them. Avoid at all costs!!

Simple but centrally located hotel close to everything and even close to the bus stop to Saint'Emillion. The room was a bit small and no wardrobe with too narrow a shower. Great solution for a weekend in Bordeaux. Recommended

Location: 10 I was near the opera Cleanliness: 4 hairs that were not ours in the shower, the bathroom not very clean Accessibility: 3 a single person in a wheelchair does not enter Comfort: 5 the bathroom is small, the small tables could not fit anything, we hit the head with the bedside lamps, there is no plug on one side of the bed, the heating does not work. Decoration: 4 not bad but the carpet sucks Bathroom: 4 very small, the curtain disgusts. I would move the night lamps to avoid accidents, put a screen in the shower, remove the carpet, put a wheelchair ramp, and at least 1 adapted room, and improve cleaning service. In conclusion, not bad for the price it has but can improve.
