L'Hotel Particulier

Terrific little apartments, nice space, great vibe and the best location. We really enjoyed our time there.

I was pleasantly surprised at this very charming hotel in Bordeaux. Very centrally located and my single room was great. Small kitchenette , bathroom , single bed etc. the front door has a small private sort of terrace, I saw an ashtray on the table so :) there was a huge lively French window into the quiet courtyard which is set back from the street . I would highly recommend this for your stay in Bourdeaux !

There is no other word to describe this hotel than a fraud. This hotel allowed us to stay in a room with no heat on a night where the temperature was below freezing. They knew the heat wasn't working, lied to us at first, and finally admitted it would be days before it would be fixed. At first we were told it just took time to warm up. Finally, the night clerk admitted the heat was broken. But that was at 10:30 at night when we returned from dinner and had no other option than to stay. The worst thing is that it is now 8 days after we checked out and the general manager has not made contact with us. She should be embarrassed.
