Very average, dated and one of two lifts did not work for the whole stay. Rooftop bar is well situated and worth a visit.

didn’t want to write a negative review of this hotel however I felt I had to be honest and let people know what we experienced to maybe help them with their decision when booking . The hotel needs a complete overhaul, the rooms are clean however are painted in weird colours , ours being bright apricot wit. Really old fashion fittings . The aircon didn’t work to start and then remained freezing . The shower was in a bath which would be a problem if you were not very steady on your feet .the corridors of the hotel did it for me though . They were so old and desperately needed re carpeting and painting and patching . They were hot and stuffy . The lift also was not operating correctly when we were there . We had a car when we arrived . There was no direction or parking available near when we arrived , it was very confusing . The hotel lacked atmosphere sort of felt like a backpackers . The staff were nice however and the rooftop was also . Nice restaurants , Yarra and Pickles close by and a 15 min walk to main centre .

Very pleasant stay with my son. The staff is attentive and very kind. We spent 4 days. The breakfast is very varied and hearty, and the possibility of having it on the rooftop is really a plus. Adult athletes can bring their sneakers; a fitness room is available on the 4th floor. The room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable.
