Magnificent experience spent in this beautiful warm place with very pleasant welcome and service

Receptionists (2) incapable of any initiative, disrespectful, with no regard or attention for the customer. Double booking on the way there and back, one had to be canceled: Figure it out or pay twice... Significant various noises (machinery, numerous workers leaving very early, very close traffic, non-soundproofed partitions). Poorly cleaned comforter, very small room, cramped bathroom with an ultra-small shower stall of 70 cm, 35 cm doors opening inward. Small parking lot with a code, full of utility vehicles, including a construction container, with dozens of bags of indeterminate contents next to it. Work in the late afternoon (installation of a camera) no internet. The friendly manager apologizes profusely but cannot improve anything... Upon returning home, we realize that the frugal breakfast of 14€ ordered during our reservation has been charged twice. RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY!!!!!! There are plenty of hotels in Bordeaux.

Decent hotel for the price with secure private parking. The room is clean, small, with cramped facilities, but acceptable for a short stay. The breakfast is average (industrial pastries) but offers a variety of choices. In short, a stopover to get by.
