Hotel unworthy of a 4 star, rooms with carpeted task and damaged shower with moldy joint and only a shower head in dirty condition. TV antenna that doesn't hold because plug ripped. Not even canal more in a so-called 4-star hotel and even the bar does not broadcast the Champions League matches. Let's talk about the catastrophic spa too, half the false ceiling is moldy as well as the walls, no jet in the pool and steam room no interest I think it doesn't work given the little heat and humidity in it. This will be my last trip to this hotel!!!

The room smells like old stale cigarettes. The hotel has a bizarre layout and early check-in was not available so 15:00H was exactly the time. This is my second stay here and it hasn’t improved. The Spa is located across this meeting common area. The massage was adequate but no body wash was found in the shower in for after the massage. Not wanting to put on my T shirt due to the oil I was intercepted by a man who failed to identify himself. He demanded I put my shirt on in front of everyone. He was abrupt and rude and yes I speak French as I am from Canada. I tried to explain that I am covered with oil. He was working in the common area and I do not know if he is a hotel employee or not. The breakfast was adequate so this was one saving grace. There appears to be a colony of travellers across the road which made equally insecure. The heating system was a combination AC heating system and was inadequate. I found a dryer sheet or a nose tissue when I removed the foot runner on the bed. The smell of old cigarettes made me sick to my stomach and gave me a headache. I would never recommend this place ever again.

I stayed one night for training. a disappointment: aging hotel , stained carpet . spa not accessible . more electricity for an afternoon. i ate in the restaurant in the evening cold cold cream burnt cold but also chicken not crispy nor hot caesar salad . but they can really increase the salary of the staff of extreme kindness always attentive , who do the maximum in these deplorable conditions . and very good bedding . In short, a hotel on the decline
