Very bad experience. Fortunately, we had booked a renovated apartment; how must the others be? Peeling paint, kitchen baseboards coming off, stains on the couch, uncleaned terrace, dishwasher not working, as well as the TV, laundry out of order, common areas not maintained...

Very satisfied with our stay. We had booked a renovated apartment for 4 people (one bedroom). The renovation was done with great taste. Good job. The apartment was very clean. We appreciated the kindness of all the staff and especially the director and technician very attentive and responsive. The residence is very nice and close to the lake. We will be back with pleasure.

Housing dirty spider web, traces on the walls, dust. There are no lights on the parking lot in the evening forced to have a flashlight to move, at the pool level the floor is damaged several raised tiles and full of weeds. Aging residence and not at all maintained. made 2 times the claim on the dedicated form and by email but no reply. Very disappointed we are regulars of Pierre and holidays never we had such accommodation
