Best Western Plus Design and Spa Bassin d'Arcachon

While passing through for a few days to visit the region, the location of the hotel is excellent; the major sites and other attractions are really nearby by car, with many shops accessible on foot in the area. I do lower my rating, however, for the cleanliness of the room, which leaves much to be desired, especially for a hotel claiming to be 3 stars, and which gives, in my opinion, a feeling of "hiding the misery." On the other hand, I have nothing to say about the staff, who are very kind and helpful. Especially Christophe, thank you for the welcome and availability. It remains a good compromise for discovering the area.

Top-notch reception, clear and precise staff. Very good indications of places to discover. Clean room. Restrooms to the left upon entering, followed by a kitchenette (kettle, coffee maker, fridge, essentials for two people). Sliding door closet. Large room with a wide bay window and balcony. View of the parking lot and the establishments in the area (meh!). Closed windows ensure total silence. A high table, two chairs, and two armchairs. A flat-screen television with a minimum of channels. King-size bed in two parts with very good bedding. Bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. . Positive points include the welcome and the location for visits. . Negative points include the shower with a very difficult temperature to adjust, and the room not being cleaned every day (we stayed for 3 nights). In summary, a good value for money, despite a few points to review.

Pass your way .this is not a hotel. Very badly indicated, no swimming pool as in the photos , the spa I'm still looking for, oppressive corridor, room bof gross floor. At last null
