A real favorite for the Hotel Primo in Colmar! We had an absolutely unforgettable stay from August 13 to 16, 2026. Upon our arrival, we were very well welcomed by a professional, warm, and attentive team. Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with everything necessary to have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also quite satisfactory. But the real asset of the hotel remains, in our opinion, its exceptional location, right in the center of Colmar. It is truly ideal for discovering the city and fully enjoying its charm. We are leaving with very beautiful memories and will return with great pleasure during our next visit to Colmar. An address that we highly recommend, without any hesitation! Thank you to the whole team for this very pleasant stay. ❤️

Extremely small and cramped room. Very small bathroom. Functional shower with good water pressure. Receptionist not very smiley but efficient when needed. Really very, very disappointed with the continental breakfast.

Although I am not very picky, I found the hotel to be quite disappointing, especially considering the price. Several elements, such as the light fixtures and certain equipment attached to the walls, seemed to be coming loose, which gave an impression of dilapidation. There were no outlets near the beds, which was not very practical. The soundproofing also needs improvement: you can easily hear noises coming from outside as well as those from neighboring rooms. On the other hand, there are also positive points: the person at the front desk was very pleasant, the hotel is well located, near the center, and the air conditioning in the rooms was appreciated.
