Country Club Fontainebleau

The rooms are shabby and dated its an awful lot of black paint and cheap IKEA furniture.Resembled a sex parlour than a welcoming hotel ( for the money ) The food was not bad but nothing to rave about and they overcharged us for the rooms and meal.The only positive was the atmosphere of the restaurant and The close proximity to the river which looked beautiful in the morning light.We will visit the area again but will not stay here.

Very nice hotel. We had a suite room and it was nice except the couch where my daughter slept. It was Noisy and not too comfortable. Excellent breakfast . Beautiful area excellent place to stay to visit le Chateau de Fontainebleau.

We enjoyed our stay here, on the banks of the Seine and very close to the Chateau of Fontainebleau. The welcome was warm, our room on the second floor was spacious, with a lovely view of the river. Dinner was excellent (roast leg of lamb) and the breakfast exceptional. (Warm croissants, brioches, pains au chocolat served at the table.) We would stay here again with pleasure.
