Hotel L'Europe

After a thoroughly enjoyable stay in 2025, we decided to stop here again on our way to Italy to drive the Stelvio Pass.... We only booked for 2 nights as a 'stopover' but wish we had booked longer as we were given an amazing room which was more like a suite & included a huge bath..... Not sure if this was because we had booked a 'premium' room, were a returning guest (of which we're sure there must be plenty) or we were just lucky to get an upgrade..... Whatever the reason, thank you. Also it was lovely to be remembered by staff from our previous visit. Thank you to Vivienne & Alyssia for your excellent service. Date of stay: July 2026

Excellent experience at the Hôtel Europe in Colmar during our sales seminar. Easily accessible from the Basel-Mulhouse airport and the Colmar train station, the establishment is ideal for hosting participants coming from all over France. Warm welcome, responsive team, always attentive and smiling. The showroom was perfectly suited for displaying our bikes, and the air conditioning was remarkably well managed despite the intense heat wave during our stay. The rooms are comfortable and the meals are delicious. Our clients were unanimous in their very positive feedback regarding the quality of service, the friendly atmosphere, and the impeccable organization. All this with an excellent price-quality ratio. A big thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and kindness.👌

we spent 4 nights, the plus, well-decorated hotel inside, classy materials very good bedding, very pleasant bathroom; TV with bright LED (super) the minus - no balcony; window overlooking the field; curtain not blocking at all; major pool construction ruining everything and the gardener trimming his hedge at 8:30 in the morning with his thermal device when there is the same one with a battery; pine cones+++++ falling on the cars in the first parking lot in front of the hotel; a huge lack of flowers; very noisy air conditioning, leak on the carpet, clogged shower, some staff who do not respond to your greeting.... gourmet meals overpriced; we had lunch elsewhere for all 4 days!!! identical breakfast for 4 days with some products not replenished
