Hotel Le Mont Iseran

Not much good to say about this hotel, only: free well working wifi and bath tube in a bathroom. Close to 'espace alpin' a bit more far to 'espace nordique'. Great silence in the night, but this you find everywhere in high mountains. Rooms are basic, but there is a TV (not many channels), the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately it was cold. Too small heater as for the room in the mountains! Plus the heating was blocked on some middle level, which was definitely not enough. What more, I noticed that later in the evening the heaters got switched off - not by us certainly. So we spent the night with cold heaters. They were on again in the morning, when we were leaving the room. The dinner was very basic, not tasty. Only dessert was fine. We discovered that moutarde was out of date. The same we discovered in the morning at breakfast, this time Nutella was out of date, few months... There is no buffet for breakfast, everything is on the table, so you basically come and discover 1 glass of orange juice, 1 half-baguette and 1 pain chocolat per person. I don't know what happens if you want to eat for example 3 pain chocolat, you have to ask somebody and maybe they will serve you. However we were more than 40 people at breakfast and there was just one guy, who was supposed to serve everybody: tea, coffee or chocolate, cause there was nowhere self-service machine. So you can imagine it takes some time. We spent there 1 night, enough. Longer it would be too much annoying.
