Hotel Restaurant Langle Dor

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel. The front door was covered with a blanket inside and it was very dark. The "receptionist" gave us keys and pointed up the stairs. The rooms were bleak very old tv's which were strapped to the plinth. The linen was clean but there was no mattress protectors on the beds and the matresses were noot particularly clean. Apparently during WW2 the French Resistence had sheltered the allied servicemen in the hotel and we did not feel that the decor had changed since then. The place was overpriced and we left straight away.

We arrived after 9 hour drive ,no one around for 20 mins,other people coming in and out taking keys from behind desk.Room was the worst I have stayed in ever.Cracked mirror in bedroom .Toilet didnt work,we operated by putting our hand in cistern.One bulb in bathroom sticking out of spot light fitting over sink .Mirror over sink loose and shelf was at such an angle you couldnt put anything on it.Sheets were clean but blanket wasnt.It was so old.Bed spread was also dirty.We didnt eat there,to afraid to. The whole place looked like a squat.
