La Table De Gustave

Being on a stopover package, a rather mediocre meal. Duck terrine, dry, Tex-Mex salad. Lack of seasoning. Only the dessert was good.

We spent New Year there; the restaurant offers good menus, but the rooms lack soundproofing..

Friendly reception. We had a room in the attic with two beds. Everything was well-kept and clean, functional bathroom. Only the comforter was too warm for June; we slept only under the sheets. - The dinner was also successful: Hearty terrine of pork in a jar, as well as rich and tasty foie gras with onion compote. Unfortunately, the hare in Vin Jaune was a bit dry. The boiled ham with (a lot of) cheese sauce was fine. Good crème brûlée, unfortunately a bit cold. - But a successful evening with good value for money.
