Always happy to come back! Friendly staff from the front desk to the housekeeping to the service at the very extensive and delicious breakfast. Room top-equipped and very clean. The spa area is much nicer and more usable in the summer because the outdoor area can be used. Thank you for the room upgrade - we would love to come back!

Breakfast at L'Esquisse MGallery during our holiday in Alsace. For €32 per person we found the price-quality unfortunately insufficient. The buffet offers plenty of choice (fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, jams, honey, chocolate spread), but for this price we expect more quality and fresh products. The scrambled eggs are made from egg powder, while an omelette or fried egg is freshly prepared to order. There is no fresh fruit juice and cappuccino or latte macchiato is made with milk powder instead of fresh frothed milk. The quality of the smoked salmon was also variable. The first shell was good, but the supplement consisted of a much saltier salmon with hard pieces. The cheese was sloppily presented and the baguettes and coffee cakes seemed baked rather than coming from a local bakery. Be sure to have an early breakfast, as the buffet is slowly being replenished. Furthermore, there were a remarkable number of employees. Plates and cups were often cleared immediately as soon as they were empty, giving an uncomfortable and rushed feeling. For this price we expect fresh fruit juices, better quality products and a more relaxed breakfast experience. We have therefore decided to have breakfast elsewhere the remaining days. Price/quality ratio: 4/10.

Enjoy in prime location. We are big fans of the M gallery hotels, L’Esquisse is a real winner in the range. Lovely room. Glad we were at the front due to crowds in the park for festivities! Best breakfast so far! We booked an extra night because it was so good. Also wellness part was top! Indulgence from start to finish! Luxury from the reception to the room! Attention to detail! Great!
