The room was clean, the bathroom was uncomfortable, they changed the towels daily, the staff was pleasant, the breakfast was acceptable, and the breakfast area was very clean. The train tracks are very close, but it is not a problem as the room is quite soundproofed and has good air conditioning.

December 2025 I returned to this hotel after staying there last year. No praise but not bad either. It was still in a convenient position. This year bad experience, I book rooms in July, the cheapest one is not recommended because it is station side and could have rooms with emergency lights or beds attached to the wall, so I decided to book Classic room which was the standard version. Eventually I get there and they give me a room hole where you couldn't even open your suitcase and the bed was attached to the wall. Hair in the bathroom and tattered towels, among other things only one face, being a double they must have thought that we had to share towels too. The dirty sheets never changed in three days. You had to ask to change them obviously.... Equally obviously charged as the Classic and not as the cheap saying that they could not move their planning. Remember booked rooms in July.... Do we ever want to talk about the director again? Annoyed and puffy?

So what to start with?dirty old and not clean bath,we dare hardly put our feet in,WC like,spider webs on the ceiling,air conditioning that makes noise,mites or others that scratch you all night,common rooms it is as if there were no walls,I better understand the previous comments. No safe for valuable personal effects and last thing, maid who slams door and leaves window open during the day so great when you enter the room. The only positive is the location 2 steps from the train station but good luck finding space (maybe parking bleyle) and colmar Christmas walk but otherwise pass your way. Oli
