The only positive points are the staff and the food. As for the hotel, it was a real disappointment. We were subjected to an atypical vibration every two minutes from the gourmet restaurant's air conditioning right below us and incessant footsteps from the room above. The housekeeper came to check and kindly gave us some water to help us swallow the pill. It reminded me of our last trip to Disneyland Paris, unfortunately not for the magical side but for the soundproofing of the rooms. It is very disturbing for a 5-star hotel. We managed to fall asleep shortly before 1 a.m. (perhaps Mr. Nasti did not want us to sleep too early). It might be wiser to put the animal skins on the wall to provide better sound insulation. This message is of course written with a hint of sarcasm, but we had come to relax following a family tragedy; unfortunately, that was not the case…

I had known the restaurant and the Winstub for a few years. We had a short family stay. The welcome is very good: courteous, pleasant. The rooms are very bright, decorated with simplicity. Perhaps one would expect better for a 5-star hotel? The winstub, very good, a little wait, it's the first time that has happened. In summary, the village is superb, the spa is very decent, everything is clean and very bright. Breakfast is a pleasant moment with quality products. The only small hitch is the room (which in my opinion) remains a bit simplistic. Kudos to the team for their professionalism and friendliness.

The staff are very kind. I was too late to make a reservation and the hotel restaurant was full, but they introduced me to a good restaurant in the neighborhood. The sauna and pool were also small but free and comfortable. The chocolate in the attached patisserie was very good
