We had to use the hotel for one night on our way south, The photos on booking.com looked pretty good. We had ordered 2 rooms, both real nasty and with large black spots of mold ligenes growth in bathrooms, air conditioning does not work. We chose already upon arrival to order breakfast (30euro) After getting the rooms, however, we decided that we would not eat breakfast at the hotel, this we notified in the reception immediately, we had to write a mail hour some manager who would take care of this, the mail was sent immediately. Now they deny that we cancelled breakfast on time and that we could have eaten this. A PREFERENTLY INFERRABLE PLACE

I booked a room with HOTEL.COM, specifying that I would pay on site. arrived at the hotel on May 27, I paid for my room in cash. I spent two nights there, when I returned home, the hotel made a credit card debit for the same amount, I called them to report the error, I received a first email of apology, asking me for a RIB for reimbursement, so I sent them by email, and this morning I received a call from the receptionist to send a RIB to his personal email, which would mean that this receptionist put my cash in his pocket hoping that I wouldn't notice anything, I made my reservation at the hotel, and not with this gentleman, so it's up to the hotel to reimburse me, after they deal with their employee

To avoid, a scandal... Mold, dirt, dilapidated, this establishment I don't even know how it can be open. Breakfast €12 for bread, butter and some pastries... No fruit, in short I would have liked to read this type of comment before ending up there.
