Arriving by bike there is a large secure underground garage with easy to access charging points. The entrance areas are spacious, clean and very attractive. When we arrived a large coach party was just checking yet the efficient reception team dealt with them quickly and we were in our room very quickly. The room was a delight with a spacious bathroom with big bath, separate loo. The sleeping area has a huge bed with lots of room around it. Triple glazing meant it was whisper quiet. Dinner that night was very busy due to multiple coach parties yet we were served quickly and by very friendly staff. I mention all this because other reviews commented unfavourably on these aspects but it 100% wasn’t our experience. It’s a lovely well run four star hotel well deserving of its rating and I’d definitely stay here again.

Really one of the nicest hotels we have stayed! Clean .. renovated .. the staff very helpful and willing to help us in whatever we ask for ! Really worth a visit!!

probably the worst hotel i ever stayed half of the rooms were refurbished and the rest were pretty old the old ones were terrible and kinda dirty they didn’t clean the rooms properly they just tidied them up some of the stuff was rude and treated us poorly and the food was not good at all
