La Villa K & Spa

The hotel is really very beautiful, with neat, elegant decoration full of personality. We had booked an Executive room, very spacious and particularly well decorated, with many small attentions and very personalized decorative touches. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay: bath products, slippers, bathrobes, towels, coffee maker with teas, as well as water available. A very beautiful room in a very beautiful hotel. The breakfast was also excellent, with a lot of choice and very good quality. The restaurant allowed us to discover the Discovery menu. Once again, a very beautiful experience: exemplary service, fresh and high-quality products, with very well-crafted plates. Everything was really perfect. The only small downside: during the aperitif, we would have appreciated a few appetizers to accompany the drinks. Unfortunately, nothing was offered to us at that time. The spa is also on par with the establishment. We enjoyed the area with sauna, steam room, and private jacuzzi for an hour. A very good moment of relaxation. We also had a shiatsu massage, which was very well performed and particularly pleasant for relaxing. Finally, a second small downside regarding parking. Blue zone spaces are available on the street, but they obviously require a parking disc and the parking duration is limited. Given the package we had booked including the hotel night, breakfast, spa, and meal, we would have found it appreciated if the private parking were included or offered for free. This is unfortunately charged at 14 €. Despite these two small remarks, we had an excellent stay and recommend this establishment without hesitation for the quality of its hotel, its restaurant, and its spa. A very nice place where we will return with pleasure!!!

Overall, the hotel is really good and iconic, room was good with also an unexepected awesome bathroom, unluckily i wasn't able to try the gym and the breakfast/restaurant for the few time i had there, i would have loved to try them. But sadly i can't put 5 because we had some problems. First problem was the bad service from the guy in the reception, which told us to come at certain time for entering in the room (we were extremely tired for the travel too) but then he delayed the time by 1 hour, and also was really rude too. (the two girls insteads were kind and good and resolved the situation afterwards) Then we had problems with the room card, which for unknown reasons (probably demagnetized) didn't open the door both the times we returned in the hotel for the two days we had, so both the evenings we had to return in reception to unlock the card. Get better and i will put 5.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Villa K in Saint-Louis, France. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. A special mention goes to Bruna, Ines, and Caroline, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. They were extremely helpful, always polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast was another highlight — absolutely amazing. The kitchen staff clearly take great pride in what they do and consistently went out of their way to make the experience even better for us. The quality, variety, and attention to detail were outstanding. The hotel’s location is also a big advantage, being so close to both the German and Swiss borders. It’s a perfect base to explore all three countries, which made our trip even more special. One note of caution: while the hotel itself is excellent, we recommend being careful with transportation services. We had an issue where we were charged extra unfairly and had to ask the hotel staff to intervene in order to get our money back. To avoid any problems, it’s best to check arrangements with the front desk beforehand and confirm pricing clearly, so there are no misunderstandings. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The combination of warm hospitality and excellent service makes this hotel a place we would happily return to and highly recommend to others
