Campanile Illzach Ile Napoleon

3-night stay. Does the job, but not with the promise of a 3-star hotel. Old-fashioned room, not very clean (dust, large clump of spider webs accumulated under a radiator, marks on the floor), dents in the walls and doors, only one nightstand (fortunately there are 2 chairs to compensate), only one electrical outlet available in the room (and far from the bed), no hair dryer, no toilet brush (I finally got one by insisting), shabby bathroom,... Furthermore, the restaurant dining room is not air-conditioned (despite what is advertised), there is no fencing separating it from neighboring establishments (security issue, the rooms at the back are directly accessible from the street)... In short, it does not deserve 3 stars, far from it. I read in other reviews that there are "renovated" rooms: I am sure that I was not offered this type of room when I made my reservation. Positive point: there are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity (Italian, brasserie, fast food, bakeries, Carrefour shopping center with gas station).

I booked a superior room , the reception was cold at the reception , no kind smile . At the level of the superior room , it is better decorated than the classic rooms but without more , with better brightness . The bedding is anything. The worst is the restaurant , it is horrible: already it is practically the same menu every day , it is not a restaurant , it is a snack , you are served frozen dishes ( pizza, soup from a brick , lasagna ) , the same for frozen dessert , heated in the microwave . No buffet like most Campaniles where I usually stay. Every night in the room there was 2-3 max , including myself , unfortunately for me , I had already paid the week. To flee ....this hotel absolutely , pass your way. The worst Campanile , if I could put 0 stars!!!!!! I certainly would. The hell hygiene level, everything is dirty (put the word vulgar), bathroom sink blocked, toilet dirty, bed c is indescribable so much everything is dirty, hole, hair and papers found. Spotted pillows. The photos will speak for themselves. HORRIBLE AND SHAMEFUL
