Hotel Castell'Verde

Very unpleasant receptionist, and incompetent regarding the distribution of the rooms for which I had already filled in the names. A glitch with the remaining payment and the restaurant that we had reserved for the 1st night. Taking a 200 euro deposit when everything is paid, that has never happened to me and I am used to hotels. Having to ask for toilet paper, shower gel, towels and having to come pick them up at the reception... a 3-star without room service???? The coffee pods that are only given on the 1st day, but if I had taken a room day after day we would have had coffee pods... frankly at the price of the room nothing is right, not to mention the dilapidated bay window. I have already expressed my dissatisfaction to the reception. In short, I will not come back, there were 4 of us and one room had a sea view and the other a glimpse of the sea, at 273 euros per room one does not expect that.

Beautiful location and prestigious area, but rooms have little space for the price at which they are sold, though probably in line with the prices in this area of Corsica. Poor lighting in the evening with wild boars present around the garden, so be careful. Excellent breakfast and courtesy of the staff

Santa Giulia: a beach disfigured by horses The magnificent beach of Santa Giulia is ruined by the incessant passage of horses; vacationers are forced to pick up horse manure in the water – waste that is not collected by the competent services. Avoid.
