Le Mediterrannee

Very disappointed with our stay and for good reason: - The top child's mattress stained and moldy. - The mold in the bathroom. - The small size of the so-called "family" rooms. - The poor soundproofing from the hallway. - The poorly maintained facilities and pool - The radical change in behavior of the 2 people at the reception (the manager and a girl) when we told them about the problems. "No worries, we will change the mattress for you," only for them to announce over the phone in the end that there is a mattress shortage in Corsica and they don't know when they will arrive ^^. They gave us mattress pads to hide the mess, great! When threatening to leave the room after the 1st night out of 4, we were told that no refund would be given. Held hostage, we were offered a room change, in the absence of a mattress, and they would call us once the room was ready. Never got a call, never a follow-up despite the back-and-forth we did in front of the reception where we were entitled to a totally hypocritical hello from these people. Hotel to avoid and the manager should change professions because he is not in the right place.

Reading the reviews, I find the comments quite harsh. Certainly the breakfasts are expensive and "supermarket quality," certainly the room is small, certainly the towels are not new.... But the location is ideal, the air conditioning in the rooms is excellent, the towels are changed every day and the sheets every two days, the reception is very kind, there is guaranteed parking for your car, the prices are reasonable at €85 for overnight parking in high season. We had a good week during the heatwave.

Amazing view of the Gulf of Porto from the balcony. Air conditioning is excellent. Perfect breakfast!!!! The welcome was fantastic!!!! The rooms are spotless. Parking for motorcycles. Pool. Perfect!!!!
