Odalys Residence Casa d'Orinaju

Positive points: location, parking, quiet, pool Negative points: poor quality pillows, unpleasant odors from the air conditioners, laundry room cleanliness is borderline.

Very disappointed with the value for money. The 4-room apartment is a duplex with a staircase that is dangerous for young children, not mentioned in the property description. We arrived on Saturday, no lounge chairs around the pool, a few lounge chairs were provided on Thursday (for a departure on Saturday). Air conditioning leak upstairs, aging furniture, poorly maintained common areas. The bedding is decent, large terrace is appreciated. Well-located residence.

This is the third consecutive year that we have come to this residence… and unfortunately it will be the last. The residence is clearly abandoned today. The most shocking thing is the total absence of lounge chairs around the pool. There is not a single one left! All the vacationers are forced to sit right on the ground, which is incomprehensible for a vacation residence. The presentation photos of the residence, however, show lounge chairs. We are also questioning the maintenance of the pool. The surrounding areas are very degraded and the whole place gives an impression of a lack of maintenance. The playground equipment for children has disappeared and, in the communal laundry room, only one washing machine works for the entire residence. Needless to say, it is almost impossible to do laundry in the middle of the season. We contacted the Odalys customer service department to report all these malfunctions, but no solution was offered to us. According to the information provided on-site, this situation is reportedly linked to a disagreement between Odalys and the co-owners. Whatever the reasons may be, this internal conflict should not penalize the vacationers. It is extremely disappointing, especially since we had been loyal customers for three years. Given the degradation of the services, we will not be coming back.
