A Piattatella

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Mathilde at the front desk, who was always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Sandeep at the bar was equally wonderful, providing friendly service and making every visit enjoyable. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. Hotel A Piattatella is a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The setting is tranquil, with nature all around and the soothing sounds of birds creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and offered the perfect balance of comfort and simplicity. The restaurant was another highlight, serving delicious dishes prepared with great care and quality ingredients. We also enjoyed both swimming pools, each offering a lovely place to relax, and the gym was well equipped, with on-demand fitness classes available on the TV. Our four-night stay was the perfect way to begin our time in Corsica. We left feeling refreshed and already look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel.

I almost dont want to leave a review so as not to let this lovely haven at the top of little mountain get spoiled! This hotel was exceptional from the friendly and accommodating staff to the comforts and nice touches in the rooms. Everything from the food to the massage was absolutely perfect.

Stayed here for the first of three legs of a Corsican tour with my wife and two adult sons who’re home from uni Tranquil setting perched on the ridge above Monticello looking down into the vast Maquis valley in the Balagne region Boutique hotel - only 17 rooms Terraced gardens with two pools, a fitness room, hamam, outdoor jacuzzi We had a life room (san parteo) in the main hotel with beautiful view The lads were in one of the blocks in the grounds, room slightly smaller but still well presented Buffet breakfast was very good We had dinner one night which was fine but we preferred dining out Staff were super helpful and booked us various restaurants for lunch (on the beaches dotted around) Minor negatives - fitness room ok, running machine not working, I was slightly overcharged (some breakfasts duplicated) but I spotted this and refund was immediate I would happily return
