Hotel Du Nord

This hotel lies very well situated in Corte. We booked a 20m2 comfort room but got a smaller sized room. This room was musty smelling, extremely noisy, had loose toilet seat, loose sink, sticky floor in the bathroom and the shower head was not cleaned. The staff was friendly and accomodating and moved us to another room for our second night which was much nicer (but still had some disrepair). Breakfast was OK. Probably still one of the best options in Corte but the manager should invest in maintainance.

We stayed in an apartment for 2 nights as part of a Corsica Adventures tour. The apartment had way more than we needed but we enjoyed the space. It is well appointed and equipped, quiet, well lit. The bed was very comfortable. Not keen on the open style shower but would certainly recommend the hotel. The lady at reception was delightful and treated us very well. Breakfast was excellent. Location is ideal

A hotel that has managed to combine the charm of the old with the practicality of the modern. Warm welcome, clean rooms, hearty breakfast. No parking at the hotel, but there are many nearby. Just a stone's throw from the citadel for a charming visit
