Under the new management, my experience was disappointing. The AC didn’t work, and I was asked to pay for an upgrade that had been presented as free. The worst part was the service. One day our room wasn’t cleaned, and the next morning, without any warning or communication, our belongings were taken out so she could clean the room. My medication was thrown away, and I ended up leaving personal items behind in the bathroom. It felt very violating. It’s a shame because the front desk staff were very nice, and the breakfast and views were great, but the way our belongings were handled completely overshadowed the stay.
