During a previous stay, I had to change rooms three times (lack of air conditioning and then lack of television). One night was offered to me as compensation, which explains why I returned, as the hotel is located next to my school during my exam period. This time, upon returning to my room, several of my personal belongings had disappeared. After alerting the reception, they were finally returned to me in a Primark bag. The hotel speaks of a "misunderstanding" by explaining that the maid thought I had left the establishment. However, if that were truly the case, why were only certain belongings taken, and not all of my personal effects? The most shocking part remains the establishment's reaction: no real apology, some front desk staff minimized the situation by telling me: "This is not theft; your belongings were returned to you." If I had not quickly noticed their disappearance, I wonder if I would have recovered them. On the other hand, offering a simple breakfast for an incident of this severity is, in my opinion, completely insufficient.

Cancellation without valid reason! I was just told: we mismanaged the reservations. The room was cancelled a week before my scheduled stay. The catch was for an event that was to take place in the hotel district. We must now look for a new hotel available.
