We had booked several rooms for a family reunion. All our guests were greatly satisfied , by the welcome with friendly, caring people, smiling maintenance staff, ready to advise and give satisfaction, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, quality and hearty breakfast. In short, everything was very good § Congratulations to the Brit Hotel staff

Arrival at 8:40 pm, it takes 20 minutes to give you the card, a card for 4, it's complicated! Then the order is finally taken, the dishes arrive quite quickly. Arrived at dessert time, not possible because the kitchen closed at 9:30 p.m., it 9:36 p.m.... despite an attempt to catch up with the cook to prepare desserts, we decide to leave. Common sense would dictate that we should not be left languishing especially at the end of the shift. As a Columbian, it is obvious that I will not come back to this restaurant, and I will not fail to make known around me

During a stay at this property, I noticed that a bottle of water was missing from the room. I went back there recently and there in the room a bottle of water was at my disposal. This shows all the attention paid to customers, which is becoming rarer and rarer... I highly recommend this hotel restaurant. Thanks again.
