The owners, who love their home, have managed to turn it into a haven of elegance and refinement, and the host's cooking is simply delicious. The service is professional, attentive, and discreet. The rooms are charming and elegant. The Hostellerie des Gorges de l’Aveyron is a reminder of what French hospitality was able to do and offer guests in its greatest moments.

A charming hotel in the middle of a 5-hectare park - a wonderful welcome - a good restaurant with a high-quality server - a very nice address - I recommend it.

An entrance to the establishment (bridge side) that is not impressive. The display of the menu is not highlighted and the outdoor lights are dirty. A nice park despite a building damaged by a fallen tree. A smiling welcome from our young server who will accompany us throughout the meal. We were a couple and chose the €57 menu: - appetizers: foie gras for one and langoustine ravioli for the other = good. - main courses: sweetbreads (dry) with a salty sauce lacking flavor and overcooked char, a fish should be served with a pearly finish. - chocolate desserts (low quality) lacking flavor and a variation of strawberries (in place of the pear originally planned on the menu) that was not impressive: we did not finish our plates. - wine of good quality. In summary: disappointed with this experience for our wedding anniversary. The place seems to be surviving... until when?
