Well placed to explore. Clean and safe.

Stayed 3 nights in the appart hotel. Good location, 0,5 km from Gare Matabiau, 0,6 km from a metrostation, bakery, supermarket... very close to the hotel, and if you like walking, you can visit all the attractions in Toulouse on foot. We had a big appartment with seperated bedroom and everything we needed. It was quiet and clean. Friendly reception. If you arrive outside of the specified opening times, there is a sister hotel nearby where you can pick up the key. The small swimmingpool with some loungers is a nice plus and there is a terrace too, where you can sit outside. Should stay here again. We felt safe.

We booked at this hotel last week. We arrive in a really weird neighborhood, a sex shop at the end of the street, prostitutes in front of the establishment, crowds in front of an Iranian grocery store: it is 11:20 in the morning and surprise the prison-like hotel with its large gates is closed from 11 am to 3 pm. We wait 3pm to return to this hotel which tells us that we will not have running water on Thursday from 8am to 5pm, we do not ask if we can cancel the reservation no it is not possible, compensation, no it is not possible. I've never seen such contempt for customers. We return to the room and we have 2 televisions but one without remote control, we realize that in the evening after 5pm, once the reception is closed, shame for us, when we know that an intervention of this order will take place in his establishment either we close the reservations on this date, or by correctionwe warn the customers upstream so that they agree or not.
