The photos are no longer up to date, it's a bit less flattering, the dining hall/restaurant is no longer there, the beds are not made like in the photos, (on this subject a foam mattress on boards...!?) everything is a bit faded, equipment "patched up"... however, super friendly welcome, air conditioning, showers and bathtub are good, on the other hand, some incivilities (non-respect of accessible parking), I recommend this place despite everything...

The apartments are functional, and the value for money is great. The air conditioning was very helpful for us. The only downsides might be that some furniture is a bit worn, and the cleaning under the beds is not great. It is located near Blagnac Airport, which is very convenient, but in a small industrial area.

Disastrous reception; I had the misfortune of arriving at the reception 9 minutes before opening, and I faced the consequences! Mr. and Mrs. from Vacanceole, do you dare to call this place a vacation residence? It resembles more of a refugee camp than a vacation residence! 99% of the occupants are workers who are only here for work and certainly not to relax and rest (it is a constant back and forth)! I will be arriving from your residence in Ax les Thermes, and I think you should send the team from Merville to do an internship in Ax les Thermes! These are two different worlds! Here in Merville, given the state of the green spaces, I think the gardener has passed away! As for the accommodation, I did not expect to find a 5-star place given the price, but there are limits! The accommodation is very, very dark, with black curtains, only one available outlet, a pull-out couch that is at least 20 years old, a tiny TV, poor quality bedding, a 90 cm duvet on a 140 cm bed, you have to request the coffee maker, kettle, and toaster at the reception, otherwise you won't have breakfast (but they don't tell you this upon arrival!), a steep staircase to reach the mezzanine, no ambient lighting, a bathroom smaller than in a budget hotel, etc... I will stop here as the list is not exhaustive! So much so that I booked 3 nights but will leave after just one night here because I am on vacation and do not want to fall into depression! Mr. and Mrs. in charge at Vacanceole, come spend at least one night here to see the state of this camp!
