Great location for center ville and lake activities. Large, bright bathrooms, nice breakfast and convenient parking. The young gentleman at the reception desk was great - friendly and very helpful. It's a little hard to find from the main road. Ignore Google Maps!

A beautiful and comfortable hotel close to everything in Annecy...Neat and clean hotel with extremely friendly staffs...Calm and quite atmosphere all the day and night, not on the main street but little inside...Comfortable bed to get a good sleep...AC and Wifi fine...Good breakfast with adequate choices...Free tea/coffee service from 1 PM to 9 PM everyday is definitely an excellent service...Good value for money...Strongly recommended...

Nice, modern, clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel. Very good soundproofing in the rooms, which is rare. Carpet on the floor. A shame, but practical because it is noise-canceling. Standard room and bathroom a bit small but functional. Free coffee machine from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. is appreciated, but it was missing water, especially since the lake water is free. Nice breakfast room and the lady is kind and polite, for her part. Nice varied breakfast buffet offer with cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, eggs but no omelets or sausages, breads, cereals, juice, etc., for 14 EUR per person. No fridge. A shame. No cotton swabs or makeup remover pads provided in the hygiene product offering. More hooks to hang things would be useful. We are taking off 1 star because the front desk staff is not very welcoming or friendly by nature. Yet, that is the foundation of the hotel industry! No hello or questions to see if everything is okay. No sightseeing tips, etc. You have to go to them to start a conversation, but that is not how it should work. We did not understand the good reviews on this subject. One day, the cleaning lady had cleaned the room but had not replaced the towels or toilet paper. We had to ask the lady (a blonde woman) at the front desk who replied that she would do what was necessary if she had the time. Which is an unacceptable response. When we returned from our walk, nothing had been done as we had anticipated. We had to ask his colleague who took note of the remark for the new cleaning lady. So we set all that up ourselves. Not normal either for a 3-star hotel. At our departure, not a kind word for the return and the trip (the blonde lady) Hotel parking available, convenient but paid, 14 eur per night. Distance to the center very convenient. You can do everything on foot. About 30 min from the first free beach (Albiny).
