Excellent and helpful staff, great location, easily walkable to the lake and local amenities. Helped me sort out the recent issues with driving into the centre of Annecy and with parking.

We stayed here because it was close to the station and the old town. It was perfect for this. The staff were also so kind and friendly and it was so helpful that their English was so good also!
