Les Z'hirondelles

The owner of this property is anything but friendly. We are a sports association and had booked via Booking 2 accommodations for an event in Annecy that did not allow us to do so. While we had to cancel the bookings as soon as we learned, 2 months before the event, no refund was made and the accommodations were rebooked. So he collected twice the amount of these accommodations and he has no qualms and no understanding for our little association!!!!!

Catastrophic in terms of quality/Award! The cleanliness is very poor (spider cloths on the ceiling, shelves and dusty nightstands, duvet/pillows without cover and stains and we killed a cockroach in the bathroom!), 4 towels for 5 people (including 1 stain), 1 fan for 3 bedrooms in episodes of high heat (broken air conditioning), the furniture is very outdated and little maintained (tap that moves and which is unscrewed; we screwed ourselves at all to be able to take a shower, washed and stained living room sofas). No curtain at the windows in the living room while there is sleeping: The wooden shutters of one window are too old to be closed (and if you manage, be careful not to fall!) and the second window simply has no shutter. Parking spaces are not available. (Box closed and vehicle spaces already taken) Work on the building next door begins at 7am: impossible to ignore. ATTENTION: access to rooms only by stairs but it is not specified on the announcement (we had an elderly person and another injured knee who had great difficulty because we were on the 3rd floor) All this has no effect on the Award which is at the Point of Sale in competition with star-studded hotel chains, which have better performances and much more comfortable offers. It is not worth 1 star, but it is not possible to select only one star branch.

Huge construction site next door, at the foot of our room, with huge stone crushers from construction trucks.... waking up at 7 a.m. in the morning by the noise of the machines. Pillows, stained duvets. In terms of kitchen, very minimalist, no small pots, no microwave. Toilet lids broken and never repaired. I'm going through some and the best ones. Absolutely avoid.
