ALTESS

I'm stills calling Altess Hotel for reimburement from 2015, but Hotel never reply us. We only stayed one night on 5 Apr 2015 and room charges had been settled at hotel's counter when we checked out on 6 April 2015. However, we received a bank statement on 22 Apr for EUR50 which was charged by Altess Hotel after the trip. We sent emails to Atless Hotel in both English & France for following the case, but up to now stills no answer.

Myself and Angie had a great week in Annecy, the hotel was perfect for a base, accommodation was perfect and clean, breakfast was spot on, and for value it was great, many reviews on this hotel don't help, but we found it ok, it's a 3star hotel and for a base to crash out was ideal.. Also for a big group of cyclists there's a big garage to cater for all... Worth staying over for a week or two ...

Overall disappointed but did not let spoil stay. No air conditioning, room description did not match actual room. Extra bed was very uncomfortable . Free parkinganocated shot 10 mins from centre of town. Parking in town was easy and supermarket across road from hotel.
