B.W.HOTEL INTERNATIONAL

Midway between the train station and the historic downtown (both walkable from the hotel), this a well-designed modern hotel with lovely staff. The room was large by European standards, very clean, with a good shower and a really comfortable bed. Free coffee and lemon-infused cold water for all in the lobby, plus an outdoor seating area and even a library. Highly recommended!

Disappointed! During the stay, the housekeeper came at 2:55 PM. I told her to come back in a few minutes, just enough time to leave... She told me she was finishing soon, not sure if she is coming to change the towels and clean!! Incredible, it is part of the service.. At 6:00 PM, no one, I report it to the front desk, they guarantee me within 20 minutes, they will bring us shower towels... 1 hour later, nothing!! I go back to the front desk, 2 of the 3 girls are playing on the computer and without embarrassment, they announce to me, an oversight..... So between lazy housekeepers and people at the front desk who prefer playing on the computer to taking care of guests, that is a lot.. The icing on the cake, avoid the 18 eur breakfast, it is a rip-off... The buffet is ridiculous.. I understand there were spots the day before our arrival
