Hotel Kyriad Annecy Sud - Cran Gevrier

Run away! Everything was very dirty to remain polite... The rooms are so dirty! We had to change the sheets at 11:30 at the night receptionist. There are traces of mold everywhere in the bathroom, the air conditioning unit and the lamp must not have seen a cloth in quite a while, the carpet also must not have seen a vacuum cleaner... We did not dare to lay barefoot on the carpet... I pulled the bed so I could slip the sheet, the condition behind it was catastrophic! The toilet bezel is broken, moreover the flush does not really work well, you have to stay pressed on it ... And watch out! It is an outlet just above the toilet and not the flush (not sure that the safety standards are really respected...) The Pension does not have a lift. Personal, certainly friendly, but not having a professional outfit at all! In short, I find it unacceptable that a Chain Pension, at a fairly high Award, should in no way meet the criteria imposed on other Kyriads ... Working myself in a Kyriad Inn, I am outraged to see the state of it when I nevertheless see the ton of control we have...! It's a shame, but there's good potential...

Very dirty room, air conditioning not working, musty bathroom. Pubic hair in bed, stinking carpet. Very expensive for no services. Not up to standard. Weird staff. Doesn't deserve any stars. Pension very old, people allergic to dust, dust mites, mold, abstain. I dare not even imagine a stay in the middle of winter.

Hotel in urgent need of a total renovation! ! Everything is very old and totally outdated. Normally we always go to ibis but it was full... The price difference is really justified... The carpets are dirty and we don't dare set foot on them and the bedding is pitiful... The only good point is the friendly welcome . Decent breakfast
