Rotten environment, an establishment with mediocre clientele, impersonal welcome, where the reception and management do not listen to the customers and their situation. Tiny room, microscopic bathroom. A place completely at odds with its sign. Avoid at all costs

€116 for a tiny room for two people, with a third bed above our heads (assigned without asking our opinion) located at the entrance and overlooking the parking lot. Broken and leaking toilet flush, no service, no reception, absolute low-end and no cancellation possible, impossible to reach them by phone, anonymous email response and a website so messy that you can't find your way around... A high-level scam!!! There is much better and more reliable not far away... A hotel that makes you believe the rooms are inexpensive!!!! Who are they kidding!!!???

The staff is as friendly as the hotel is terrible. I had to settle for this hotel due to the G7 in Evian; I paid 123 euros for a room with breakfast in this dump! The staff is lovely, but honestly, the rooms are reminiscent of a hotel in East Germany during the Cold War: outdated, dirty, poorly frequented... it's crazy. Avoid it. The bill is also a scandal...
