Very nice hotel, good welcome, and pleasant room. The staff is friendly and attentive; we had opted for half-board, which included breakfast, an afternoon snack, and dinner—very convenient. The dining room is very pleasant, with cloth tablecloths and napkins, and the dining room staff is very competent. Meals are served buffet-style; there is quite a lot of choice regarding appetizers, cheeses, and desserts, but the main course selection is more limited. We did not test the pool because there were too many people in too small a space ;), maybe another time; we would be delighted to return to this establishment.

Upon our arrival, we noticed that the door closer and the hinges of our room door were squeaking very loudly and unpleasantly. We reported this fact to two housekeepers as well as to the front desk. At our departure (after 5 days!!!) nothing had been done. We were informed that a technician would take care of it!!! Furthermore, the French window deserves a renovation, as do the closet doors.

Pleasant stay at the Alpe Roc, well located at the entrance to La Clusaz. The welcome is very good, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean room, great bedding. The package with breakfast and drinks is very good. The wellness area is dated, but it does the job well. Small regret: no private parking, fortunately a free covered parking lot is nearby, but spaces are "hard to come by"!
