We stayed here one night before TMB start and for another couple of nights after. Little familyrun hotel. Rooms are clean whit balconys. a nice little pool in the garden. No kettle for cooking water and no place to keep drinks cold in the room is a minus. Very good breakfast but its not included in the price. You pay extra if you want it. The location is very central which is perfect for the TMB start. The luggage you dont need you can leave at the hotel until you are back. Just 10 min walk to the teleferic Bellevue and then you go! Les Houches is a very small town but its so easy to just take the bus in to Chaminox opposit the hotel if you want more to see. Taks about 10 min , costs 1,5 Euro.
