Residence Pierre & Vacances Atria Crozats

2nd stay in this residence. The view is crazy, the staff is great and the view is exceptional! The downside is the quality of the bedding which is deplorable: the sofa bed in our apartment is several years old with springs and a very small mattress, impossible to spend a full night for 2 weeks. We will only return when the apartments have been renovated.

Always top-notch accommodation, cleanliness, quietness, friendliness of the teams. Bravo!!

Our stay at Pierre & Vacances Atria-Croisette in Avoriaz was disappointing because of the sauna policy and the attitude of the reception staff. The sauna costs €6 per person, which is fine, but the reception never informed us that it has to be booked in advance. Because of this, we were only able to get a reservation on the very last day of our holiday. Had we been told about the booking system at check-in, we would have planned accordingly and used it earlier. Unfortunately, the reception staff was not helpful at all. When we asked about availability, they responded in a dismissive and unfriendly way in French and made no effort to help us find a solution or an earlier time slot. Overall, very poor communication and disappointing service for a property of this level.
