Lagrange Confort+ Les Arolles

A very disappointing experience We are extremely disappointed with our stay at the Lagrange – Les Arolles residence. The accommodation is presented as being able to host 8 adults, but we quickly realized that this capacity is absolutely not suitable for 8 adults under normal comfort conditions. The beds are too small and unsuitable for decently hosting 8 adults (70*180 beds). In our opinion, the advertised capacity therefore does not correspond to the reality of the accommodation. Added to this are numerous problems noted upon our arrival: broken slats on the extra bed, bed linen not suitable for the bedding, a mini-fridge for 8… and it was defective, a lack of dishes and kitchen equipment. We immediately expressed our dissatisfaction. We had to contact the manager, Mr. Mickael Durgnat, three times before managing to get him on the phone. Despite the situation, he did not come over to see the problems and did not offer any solution to address our difficulties. "Nothing is his doing, as the apartments are not his..." We then forwarded all the elements to customer service, with photographs and videos as support, and are still waiting for a response regarding our complaint. Considering the price paid and the presentation of the accommodation for 8 adults, we are particularly disappointed. The problem is not just the accumulation of malfunctions, but above all the gap between the advertised service and the reality, as well as the lack of support when we reported our dissatisfaction. An experience that we will not repeat and that we absolutely do not recommend.

One-week family stay for 4, 6-person accommodation booked. Ideal! Great comfort, clean, storage, quiet. On the 3rd floor. Small residence of 8 units. Beautiful view of Saint-Gervais. Plan on renting a parking space. Small downside: small terrace and small pool. Lady at the front desk very friendly and attentive. Near the center, 15 minutes on foot. Ideal starting point for hikes and visiting the sites!

The apartments are located close to the ski lift. The rooms are nice and clean and the kitchen is well equipped, except: we missed an oven. We had an apartment for 8 people, but we recommend not to be more than 6 people in one apartment. There is only one toilet for all. The house has a small sauna and the manager is a cool and really friendly guy!
