Chalet Michelle

Just back from staying with Bryan at Chalet Michelle for an 8 night Alps cycling training trip. Bryan was an excellent host and good cook, with great local knowledge, and recommendations. Bryan even kept me company and came cycling with me a couple of times showing me roads that I would not otherwise discovered. Bryan’s accommodation is of a high standard and very clean. Their purpose built, secure and alarmed bike garage is spacious, comes with track pumps and every tool you may need. It was so relaxing and comfortable it was like staying with a good old friend (I had never met Bryan before). I would thoroughly recommend Chalet Michelle and will be going back.

‘WOW. This place is amazing’ both Bryan, & Michelle couldn’t do enough for us. Was there with a few Dutch, Few Australians and a German of whom was great company and all got on really well. The local restaurants are nice and just a short drive or ride away from Alpe D’Heuz. Perfect location, perfect place, & perfect people. A definite coming back place :)

My friend and I sneaked away for a few days of skiing and stayed at Chalet Michelle. Michelle and Brian are great hosts and the chalet was ABSOLUTELY spotless. There are great views down and over the valley from the breakfast table. There's even a sauna in the chalet! Venosc village is charming and easily accessible with a 5 minute walk down a path from the chalet. The ski lift runs from below the village up to Les Deux Alpes so you can access all the LDA skiing areas without having the crowds.
