Club de Vacances Belambra LAiguille Rouge

A rather mixed stay. Certainly the location is ideal and really ski-in ski-out but the rest is not up to it. We closed the club mid April and clearly at the meal level we made the leftovers of the freezer!!! The meals were not good, without taste logic, no reassortment... in short very disappointing when you see that the price of the meal. I would like to point out that we are used to belmabra clubs or other clubs and can therefore compare the services. In addition, there is a foul smell in the restaurant that we have not identified but which is really annoying. The rooms are basic and hard mattresses. We did an evening animation lotto that was quality. I reported our dissatisfaction at the reception but no reaction, no commercial gesture... nothing. Overall considering the price we were disappointed!

The residence is a little aging but quite acceptable considering the reasonable prices. The location is really convenient to go skiing. On the other hand this Belambra does not seem very well "held". Compared to the Belambra de Gourette, a 3B also theoretically the same standing, the red needle is a good notch below. The meals are not bad but it is not a pleasure to go to the restaurant of the residence, there is a strong smell in the entrance / bar of the restaurant (melt smell that resists?). Compared to Gourette, the dishes are more basic, the staff is not very present at the buffet level, the cleaning of the dining room is clearly not done every day, the plates and cutlery are sometimes rooms. In short, the price-performance ratio would be perfect if the restoration, cleaning, aligned with the Belambra 3B by Gourette.
