Hotel more focused on winter sports, little to do in town. Very poorly accessible for people with walker or wheelchair. Many height differences in the hotel. Lift was according to indicate 2 person but there was a sticker that it would apply to 1 person?! Hotel detailed, rooms old but clean except for the silverfish present. Shower cramped and unsuitable for help by caregiver. Breakfast simple but adequate. Every day you could bring lunch and there was fresh fruit. Dinner; plate service excluding the soups. Same raw salad over and over again. Staff very cordial and willing to help.

Arrived at this hotel for ski holidays via Sunweb. Very nice experience. Basic rooms but for winter sports more than okay. Very friendly young people who wait tables. Good cook in the kitchen. Food was good and adequate. Enjoyed it.

Nice and quiet hotel. Old-fashioned, though. But clean rooms. And friendly staff. And the view from the restaurant is really great over the mountains the valley and the village of Chatel.
