Residence Eco Le Ruitor

Beautiful residence, clean and decent accommodation. Well located in a quiet area. Beautiful view of the mountains. Too bad the Hamman doesn't work (for more than 2 years obviously). Gym not very well maintained.

This is not my first stay at CGH! Old and poorly maintained residence. Hammam broken down for more than 6 months and will not be repaired (photo). You take stock of them and report to them all equipment that has broken down (photos). No dishes for the capacity of the apartment. Cold pool. 3mx2m gym (photo). Only the sauna met the standard. Oven whose handle has remained in the hands (photo), the fridge that never stops and has frozen everything, the oven without instructions that requires the knowledge of an engineer to operate it. Weary bed (photos), fine mattresses and we sleep on the board. Garbage at 200m, no possibility in local. Dirty Vmc (photos). We were cut off the wifi the day before leaving when there is no Phone reception at either Orange or Free (sms only and again...) Petty and small! Probably one of the worst mountain accommodations in ages. Run away!

We are extremely disappointed by our experience. Arriving on a Wednesday, we discovered that there was no reception that day. A telephone number was displayed for guests, but despite our numerous calls, we waited more than two hours outside with a 12-month-old child, with no solution or person moving. Finally, we had to resolve to find accommodation in another residence. For an establishment that is supposed to offer four-star service, this situation is unacceptable and clearly reflects a lack of professionalism. We definitely do not recommend this residence LE RUITOR
