Unhealthy apartment, not cleaned for a very long time. Late entry instructions not available for a reception that closes at 8pm. A horror

I came here with a group of friends for our university ski trip. The room was dirty on arrival and very dated. The beds are uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. There was no WIFI so we had to spend a lot of money for mobile data plans. I called security on 2 occasions to report a party that was happening in the room above us with music blasting at 3am but they didn’t do anything. I would not stay here again! The building is a fire risk waiting to happen, if you lock yourself in your room there is no way out and the fire exits are not clearly marked at all. Not worth the money. Also impossible to find a restroom.
