The staff is friendly, the ski lockers are small but convenient, the ski slopes are very close (and the whole ski area is one of the best you can find in Europe), the Aquamotion wellness centre is not far (you can walk there), the bus stop is just opposite the front door... and the studio was quite cosy and spacious, with a nice balcony (4th floor). Overall, it is really good for the price you pay. It's not a 5-star hotel but it is really convenient and pleasant, especially when you see the prices in Courchevel! And tou can also park you car for free in a car park nearby!

This is a 2 Star Residence and you get what you pay for! On the plus side, it is next to the shops and very close to Petit Moriond bubble. But studios are tiny, smelly, and dated. The corridors are very dark and you have to press the light switch to get a few seconds of electricity! that is if you can find the switch in the dark. We had to ask for be moved to a different studio as the first one we were given was clearly a smoking studio and very dark. We were given a better smelling same size room with more windows with better views, when we complained. It did not realise you are allowed to smoke in rooms these days. Our double bed was a sofa. We had to make the bed ourselves, as you are given a pile of bedding. Be aware the pillows are hidden in a draw. We realised we had no duvet but a couple of thin blankets - not my favourite. There is a bunk-bed for very young children, I would say below 6 years old, but we did not use them. The TV is small and something that belongs in a museum with no English channels. The kitchenette is tiny but functional. There is no free wifi and even you decide to pay for it, be aware it is very intermittent at best. You have to buy your own soap, cleaning products and you only get one roll of toilet paper! Our radiator did not work and when we reported it to the reception, we were told this was due to the temperature outside! The reception has limited opening hours and during the week is shut in the afternoon and after 7pm. We were told when checking out that we are meant to clean the room before leaving or we get charged, apparently as this accommodation is not a hotel! We did not recall seeing this clause anywhere in our booking correspondence. I would not return but it is ok if you are on a budget and have to stay in 1650. Other positives, you get a free parking space albeit 10 minutes walk away, free lockers and you are right next to Carrefour.
