Residence Pierre et Vacances La Daille

Honestly... it's not possible anymore! We have been going to La Daille for almost 10 years and the apartments have not changed ... no refreshment, no renovation but on the other hand the price has changed! Mould in the bathroom, dirty walls, deteriorated furniture, blood stain on the awnings, in short we can not say that it was a nice housing experience. The team is great though and the services related to hospitality are perfect. It's time to do renovation, especially when you go through Capella Avoria, renovated and clean or you feel good.

Stayed 1 week off-season, fortunately there were not many people there. Rooms are "russian hotel class", a bit rough and unclean, allround condition and exterior cladding falling apart but will do as a bare minimum place to rest between skidays. Walls are "paper" thin so when neighbor snores, fu**s or far*s you get to enjoy them too so remember to bring your earplugs if your not really in to them. No cleaning, no taking rubbish just one rubbish bag so bring your own, no bed clothing ready youll get to do them by your own and no boot drying, a bit mold in the toilet/shower, rusty shower. Shop and pizza close although expensive. La daille ski lift close walking distance so no need for busses. Ski room has the same lock to closet as your room. Ski lifts open a bit later to marmottes and toviere so no need to be at 8 on the lift otherwise youll have to ski for an hour just the village runs (down to la daille) which are hard for untrained legs.

Well placed residence, very well received on the day of arrival. The positives stop here. Indeed, the fridge smelled of foul fish, the dishes were dirty, it had to be washed. The towel dryer in the bathroom did not work, explanation of the reception: it is a national directive, I would have liked to have been warned beforehand, difficult to dry the towels in this configuration. The front door right next to the sleeping area let air through as well as the window door.I reported these various problems at the reception, little or no reaction.
