Residence Pierre et Vacances Les Constellations

We are a family of 4 and we booked an apartment for 7 people which was only just large enough to accommodate us. I can't really see how 7 people could fit into the apartment comfortably. The apartment itself was basic as expected. Cleanliness clearly is not a priority for this hotel and the bathroom areas were dirty and smelled strongly of urine. The other rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Our main issue with this hotel, however was that they were completely rude and unresponsive to our timely date change request (we booked 7 days and wanted to revise this to 5 days). We contacted the property numerous times via email and phone and also through our agent, booking.com. We were completely ignored and the end result was that the hotel and booking.com essentially blackmailed us into paying the full amount, promising that we would receive a refund later for the 2 days that we wanted to cancel. This refund has since been denied by both the hotel and booking.com. Hotel reception staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful when we tried to aske them about this at the hotel. We received promises that someone would contact us to discuss this issue, however that also transpired to be a lie. If you are considering booking this hotel, please do understand that their flexible booking policy is not actually flexible at all. There are much better options in the area - my best advice would be to avoid this place if you can.

Great position on the piste. There are four of us in the 2 bed apartment. You wouldn't want any more. Clean tidy all you. We'd for a skiing holiday . The lady on reception very helpful. The whole set up is adequate for a great skiing holiday .

Apartment looked straight down onto the slopes and onto the top of belle plagne village!! Room was tidy and clean when we arrived and staff were helpful and polite! The resort itself is amazing with loads of slopes for all abilities!! We have been coming to belle plagne for 9 years and still haven't got bored!! If you get chance go to the glacier!!
